Please read these terms carefully before starting your challenge. We have created a transparent and fair trading environment for traders of all levels.

1. Tier Comparison

Choose the account conditions that best fit your trading style.

* Extra Life: A one-time forgiveness/annulment of a Daily Loss Limit violation.
** Restart Discount: Applies to the purchase of any new challenge tier.
*** Allocation Priority: The ability to manage up to $2,000,000 in capital, bypassing the standard queue.

2. General Trading Rules

These rules apply to all tiers. Our goal is to evaluate your risk management skills in a simulated trading environment before granting you access to funded capital.

2.1 Evaluation Structure (2 Stages)

The path to managing VEDEX capital consists of a two-step evaluation process.

• Stage 1:
  • Profit Target: 8%
  • Time Limit: Unlimited
  • Minimum Trading Days: 1 day
• Stage 2:
  • Profit Target: 8%
  • Time Limit: Unlimited
  • Minimum Trading Days: 1 day

2.2 Risk Management Limits

Adherence to these rules is mandatory to keep your account active.

• Max Daily Loss: 5%
  The maximum loss allowed in a single day. This limit resets daily at 00:00 UTC. (Example: With a $10,000 starting balance, your daily loss cannot exceed $500).
• Max Total Loss (Drawdown): 10%
  A static limit calculated from your initial starting balance. (Example: If you start with $10,000, your account equity must never drop below $9,000).

2.3 Freedom of Strategies (No Restrictions)

We provide complete freedom of action across all tiers:

• News Trading: Allowed.
• Weekend Holding: Allowed (you can hold positions over the weekend).
• Crypto-Friendly: Top 200 Crypto Futures. Base account currency is USDT.

3. Detailed Scaling Mechanics

Important: The Scaling Plan is activated only after successfully passing the evaluation and obtaining “Funded Trader” status. Capital increases are not applied during the evaluation stages.

3.1 Fast Track (For PRO Tier)

Designed for traders who want to rapidly compound their capital.

• How it works: On your Funded account, you need to achieve a total profit of 10% over a 2-month period.
• Bonus Math: We will increase your starting capital by 25%.
• Example:
  1. You have a $50,000 Funded account.
  2. You make $2,500 in month one, and $2,500 in month two (Total $5,000 or 10%).
  3. We process your profit split payout.
  4. Your new account balance is scaled to $62,500.
  5. Drawdown limits are recalculated based on this new amount.

3.2 Easy Growth (For PRIME Tier)

Designed for conservative traders who value stability and consistency.

• How it works: On your Funded account, you need to achieve a total profit of just 6%. There is no strict time limit (evaluated over a 3-month reporting period).
• Bonus Math: We will increase your capital immediately by 30%.
• Example:
  1. You have a $100,000 Funded account.
  2. You trade conservatively, making 2% a month. After 3 months, your profit is $6,000.
  3. We process your profit split payout.
  4. Your new account balance is scaled to $130,000.
  5. Your next scaling target will be calculated from $130,000.

4. PRIME Benefits Explained

4.1 “Extra Life” Insurance

• Concept: A one-time forgiveness for breaching the Max Daily Loss rule.
• How it works: If market volatility causes you to accidentally exceed your 5% daily loss limit, your account will not be permanently blocked.
• Result: We will perform a one-time “Reset” of your balance to the initial starting value of your current stage, allowing you to continue trading without repurchasing the challenge.
• Note: This option does not apply to violations of the Max Total Loss (10%) rule.

4.2 Allocation Priority

PRIME account holders receive priority capital allocation. Your personal Allocation Limit can be increased up to $2,000,000, bypassing the standard scaling queues and limits applied to regular traders.

5. Financial Details

• Leverage: 1:10 (Fixed for Prop Evaluation & Funded accounts). Note: Up to 1:100 leverage is available on personal accounts within the same terminal.
• Trading Commissions: 0% (During the Stage 1 & Stage 2 evaluation phases).
• Profit Split: Up to 75% of all generated profits are paid out to the trader.
• Currency & Funding: USDT. We support crypto deposits and withdrawals across various networks (e.g., TRC-20).
• Restart Discount: If an account is breached due to a rule violation, you receive a discount code. This discount can be applied to the purchase of any tier (e.g., using a PRO discount to upgrade to PRIME at a lower cost).
